6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for consulting services will be outlined in individual service agreements. Discovery calls are provided at no charge. Fees for ongoing services are due as specified in your service agreement.

We understand the sensitive nature of educational and personal information shared during our consulting relationship. We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the consulting relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services rendered will become due.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
